We are more than happy to exchange items if you notify us and send them back within 7 days of receipt, this is given that;
- The items are in original condition with tags attached
- The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
If the item(s) is/are faulty (or other significantly special circumstances) we will provide a full refund if that is preferred over exchange.
Please email email@example.com 3 days of receiving you items with your request to either exchange or refund the item/s. Tūla also has the right to refuse an item/s if they do not meet the eligibility requirements of the request.
Generally the customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless for faulty items (including both directions of post for an exchanged item).
