Pricing & Currency

All  prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Your final payment  currency may vary depending on your location and the settings of your  card provider or payment gateway. Please note your bank may charge  conversion fees if you’re outside Australia.

Shipping

We currently ship from Australia at a flat rate of $9.99 AUD within Australia. Our International shipping is limited at the moment. We have flat rate shipping to New Zealand of $15 aud and other countries is $30 aud. 

Orders  are usually dispatched within 5–6 business days, unless otherwise  stated on the product page (e.g. pre-orders or made-to-order items).

Shipping delays may occur during peak times, but we’ll always aim to keep you informed.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However,  in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a  replacement or refund if your item is faulty, significantly different  from its description, or unfit for purpose.

If you believe your item meets these criteria, please contact us at tulathelabel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including a description and photograph of the issue.

Product Variations

All  garments are made in small batches using handwoven textiles and  traditional techniques. Natural dye variations, minor irregularities,  and slight differences between pieces are part of the handmade process  and not considered faults.

Pre-Orders

Some  items are offered on a pre-order basis to support slow production  methods. Dispatch times will be clearly stated on the product listing.  We appreciate your patience and support for made-to-order pieces.
